# Getting API key

The next step will be to get your api key. You can follow the steps given below to to do the same:

1. Go to the DeepGenX website.

2. Click on the Get API key button

3. Enter your email address in the text box and click on the button

5. You should receive an email with a verification link. Click on that link.

6. After your email is verified you should receive another email with your API token!
